Our Agreement with You

Please read the following before you join the MarketingClassics.com Affiliate Program.
To become an affiliate, you must agree to these "Terms and Conditions". 

The MarketingClassics.com Affiliate Program

MarketingClassics.com will pay affiliates 30% based on the amount of confirmed sales
that an affiliate generates as a result of their advertising.  Commission checks are sent
out once per month by the 15th of the month for the previous month's sales.  There are
no minimum payments.  All commissions earned in a month will be paid in full the
following month.

Tracking

Our affiliate tracking software utilizes "cookie" technology to track affiliate sales.  This
is considered the most reliable method for being sure an affiliate is properly credited
for a sales initiated by their advertising actions.  Once a customer has made a purchase
from the MarketingClassics.com site via an affiliate they are considered a customer
of that affiliate for life.  The affiliate will continue to receive a commission on any
future purchases made by that customer from the MarketingClassics.com site.

Affiliates Obligation

The affiliate is granted the right to promote MarketingClassics.com through means of
advertising which are considered to be ethical and professional only.  The affiliate is
not permitted to promote the MarketingClassics.com affiliate program on sites that
contain warez, adult or sexually oriented material, hate material, racist material, illegal
material, or anything that is deemed unethical.  The affiliate is NOT allowed to promote
by SPAM or UCE.  Affiliate also agrees that they will abide by all copyright and trademark
laws in their advertisements.

MarketingClassics.com and Our Obligation to You

We want you to be successful.  That's why we offer you the ability to link to our
homepage or directly to a product of your choice.  Or, if you want to feature only
a small selection of products, we'll customize a special welcome page featuring
only the products you desire.  You let us know how you want to work it and we'll
help you out.

Technical Difficulties

MarketingClassics.com shall not be held responsible for loss of data, or interruptions caused
by technical difficulties with the affiliate program tracking software should any arise.

Fees

The MarketingClassics.com Affiliate Program is completely free to join.

Termination

MarketingClassics.com may terminate any affiliate at any time we feel necessary.
Necessary termination includes: the affiliate abuses the MarketingClassics.com
system, the affiliate is registered more than once, the affiliate sends unsolicited
email (SPAM), the affiliate posts advertisements in newsgroups or forums that do
not allow advertisements, and/or anything else that is considered to be unprofessional
or inappropriate.  A terminated account will erase all sales and commissions that the
affiliate has been credited.  MarketingClassics.com will also press charges for any
damages or loss of money due to an affiliate's actions.  "I didn't know" is not a valid
excuse.

Cancellation

The affiliate may cancel their affiliation with MarketingClassics.com at any time.

General

MarketingClassics.com is not responsible for its affiliates actions.  MarketingClassics.com
reserves the right to change this agreement at any given time.  MarketingClassics.com makes
no warranties expressed or implied.  MarketingClassics.com respects the privacy of all
affiliates and will not sell, trade, or give away any personal information submitted to
MarketingClassics.com.

These terms and conditions supersedes the "terms and conditions" as listed on the affiliate
